Are remanufactured cartridges reliable? |

Both OEM (original equipment manufacturer) and remanufactured cartridges have been found to use new and recycled components and contain equivalent grams of toner. In our opinion, and the opinions of our happy customers, both have the same quality and performance. In fact, most manufacturers such as Hewlett Packard and Lexmark have programs to remanufacture their own cartridges. The difference is that Laser One’s cartridges are much less expensive, not to mention better for the environment. We update our Production Quality Report monthly. Just call us to request a copy. |

My printer needs service. Does Laser One do that? |

Yes, Laser One has an outstanding service department. We are certified on just about every Hewlett Packard laser device, as well as Kyocera Mita (including Copystar). We also work on many Lexmark and Canon machines.

Does my printer warranty become void if I use a remanufactured cartridge? |
| |
No, it will not void the printer warranty. According to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), the Magnusson-Moss Warranty Improvement Act states that under no circumstances may the manufacturer of the printer deny you service that would otherwise be covered by your warranty due to the use of non OEM cartridges. Furthermore, we stand behind any cartridge we produce at Laser One, and would simply fix your printer free of charge if anything ever happened. |

What’s the difference between Laser One and cheaper brands I can find on the Internet? |

Laser One doesn’t just “refill” toner cartridges; we completely rebuild the cartridge with both used and new, quality parts right here in our warehouse. All of our empty cores are thoroughly inspected to ensure a product that will not let you down. In addition, our cartridges come with a lifetime guarantee, which means we'll replace any defective cartridge free of charge. |

What happens if there is a problem with my cartridge? |

It’s as simple as giving us a call. We can ask you a few questions and try to troubleshoot the problem if you like. If it is the cartridge, we will send you a replacement the very same day. |

Does a Laser One remanufactured cartridge have the same yield as a new OEM cartridge? |

You are guaranteed to receive as many prints from one of our cartridges as you would from the OEM (original equipment manufacturer) cartridge. If you don’t, just let us know and we will fix it. |

How do I get my cartridges? |

We have next day delivery for the Nashville/Davidson County area for our brand of Laser One cartridges; OEM brand supplies or delivery areas outside Davidson County may take a day or two longer. |

Do you buy back empty cartridges? |
| |
Yes, Laser One buys back OEM (original equipment manufacturer) cartridges. We do not buy back our own cartridges or any others that have already been remanufactured. See our Empty Cartridge Claim Form for a complete list of what we buy and the prices. The items as well as the prices are subject to change frequently. |
